Questions / Help

 > How does the quality of your prints compare to other services?

Our museum quality "archival" fine art prints are crafted from the finest materials. Color accuracy, consistency, and longevity are of paramount importance to us. Compared to mass produced prints which usually fade within a decade, our prints will last generations before any noticeable fading occurs.

> Are the photographs on this site original or did they come from some other source?

All photographs available for sale on this web site have been taken and edited by photographer Bob Firth.

> I notice that all your images have a copyright watermark, would the print I want to order come with this on it?

No, this watermark or copyright is for the images on our web site only, it is NOT included on any ordered prints.

> I really like a certain photo, but I want it in a very large size. Can you supply larger prints?

It depends on the specific image. Our images can normally be printed to a much larger size (8' or more) and still retain that exquisite clarity and detail. Image composition dictates what size prints are available for that particular image. If you require a specific size, it may be necessary to crop the image to fit. Please contact us if you would like more information about larger or custom sizes. When you contact us, include the image and print size that you're interested in.
